In early 2014, we upgraded MyMidMichigan with new software to provide secure online access to your health information plus new ways to communicate with your participating provider’s office. With the new, improved MyMidMichigan account you can:
- Check test results*
- View your medications, allergies, immunizations and more
- Request appointments and prescription renewals*
- Receive appointment reminders via email or mobile phone*
- Message your provider's office*
*These features require that you have a participating provider.
Pre-2014 Users Need to Re-Enroll
Since the new software is tied to your personal health information, patients who signed up prior to 2014 will need to re-enroll in order to protect your privacy. We are sorry for the inconvenience, and we trust that you will find the added benefits worth the effort. If you have visited your doctor's office or had a hospital stay in 2014, you may already have been invited to re-enroll. In that case, you can simply follow the instructions in your email invitation to activate your account.
Otherwise, the next time you visit your participating provider's office or get admitted to the hospital, you will be asked to confirm your email address and social security number. We will then send you an email invitation with instructions to create your new MyMidMichigan account.
If you want to re-enroll, but do not have an upcoming appointment, please visit your participating provider's office anytime to sign up, or call MyMidMichigan Support toll free at (855) 476-1298.
If you no longer wish to participate, you do not need to take any action. Your account has automatically been disabled. If you change your mind, you will have the option to sign up for an account at a later date.
Parents and legal guardians will also have the option to request proxy access to their child's account. Adults will have the option to delegate proxy access to another adult, such as a family member or caregiver, if desired.
