Michigan State University College of Human Medicine Students
MidMichigan Health developed a medical education affiliation agreement with Michigan State, College of Human Medicine in 2010. The Midland Regional Campus became the 6th community campus for MSU, College of Human Medicine. Our affiliation allows us to provide all required and elective clerkships for 3rd and 4th year MSU-CHM students assigned to our campus.
Central Michigan University College of Medicine
Beginning July 1, 2018, MidMichigan Health became Central Michigan University (CMU) College of Medicine’s 3rd regional campus. The affiliation provides clinical training for 12 CMU medical students from each class to complete their required and elective clerkships during their 3rd and 4th years at MidMichigan Health facilities.
Other Visiting Medical Students
MidMichigan Health offers elective experiences to students from member institutions of the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) and the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and other LCME accredited medical schools. Medical students who attend international medical schools listed on the California List of Approved schools and who are in good academic standing may also apply.
If you do not meet any of the above criteria, we will not be able to assist you with an elective rotation at our site.
