Strike Out Heart Disease
MidMichigan Health Interventional Cardiologist Andrzej Boguszewski, M.D., and members of MidMichigan's comprehensive heart and vascular team encourage all the men across the mid-Michigan area to participate in our "strike out heart disease" challenge throughout the month of February, American Heart Month. To participate, simply take 5 minutes to complete a FREE heart health or peripheral vascular disease health assessment and then challenge at least one friend to do the same. To say thanks, you'll automatically be entered for a chance to win a Great Lakes Loons prize package - 4 tickets to a regular season Loons game, an autographed Dee Gordon baseball, a red FitBit Flex and a MidMichigan Health stadium blanket and baseball cap.
