ER or Urgent Care?

ALERT: If you have COVID-19 symptoms, please call before coming to Urgent Care so we may safely accommodate you. Or you may call your primary care provider to schedule a video visit

About Wait Times

The Wait Times indicator is updated throughout the day to display the current wait time for walk-in care at each of MidMichigan's Urgent Care centers and Walk-In Care. If your schedule is flexible, the wait times indicator can help you time your visit for faster service.

The wait time is our best estimate of how long you might expect to wait before seeing a provider if you were to check in at that location now. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Your total time spent with us may vary depending on the nature of your illness or injury.

Please note that patients who have used Book Online or Save My Spot may be seen before newly arrived patients.

Ways to Reduce Your Wait

Scheduling an Urgent Care appointment or using Save My Spot allows you to rest comfortably at home or wherever it is more convenient for you until it is time to come in for your appointment. If all available appointments are filled for the day, you can still be seen during normal business hours by registering as a walk-in.
