About wait times
ER or Urgent Care?

ALERT: If you have a cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat or new loss of taste or smell, please call before coming to Urgent Care so that we may safely accommodate you.

About Wait Times

The Wait Times indicator is updated throughout the day to display the current wait time for walk-in care at each of MidMichigan's Urgent Care centers and Walk-In Care. If your schedule is flexible, the wait times indicator can help you time your visit for faster service.

The wait time is our best estimate of how long you might expect to wait before seeing a provider if you were to check in at that location now. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Your total time spent with us may vary depending on the nature of your illness or injury.

At our Gladwin and Houghton Lake locations, we also offer Save My Spot, enabling you to save your spot in line and wait at Urgent Care, at home, or wherever you are most comfortable. Please note that patients who have used Save My Spot may be seen before newly arrived patients.

At our Midland location, we also offer Book Online, enabling you book ahead and skip the line. Scheduling an Urgent Care appointment allows you to rest comfortably at home or wherever it is more convenient for you until it is time to come in for your appointment. If all available appointments are filled for the day, you can still be seen during normal business hours as a walk-in.
