UPDATE: Classes & Support Groups

For your safety during these uncertain times, some face-to-face classes and support groups may be cancelled or adapted to follow social distancing guidelines. In some cases, we may offer virtual alternatives. For example, we currently offer FREE online learning for all childbirth education classes. If you register for a class, we will notify you of any changes or cancellations using the email address or phone number you provide at registration. MidMichigan Health will offer a full refund if we cancel a class. In the event that you need to cancel, our cancellation and refund policy will apply.

Parkinson's Support Group - Midland

During the COVID-19 pandemic, this support group is meeting virtually.

This support group is designed for people with Parkinson's, their spouses and other support individuals. It is intended to provide education, advice and awareness of community services available in dealing with this chronic disease.

Guest speakers will provide monthly topic presentations at the beginning of the meeting. Separate patient and caregiver group discussions will follow facilitated by Mary Griffore, R.N.

The program is held in collaboration with MidMichigan Medical Center - Midland, Midland County Council on Aging and the Michigan Parkinson Foundation.
