Cancellation and Refund Policy for MidMichigan Health Events
If you are unable to attend an event for which you registered, we are happy to reschedule you for another available date, transfer your registration to another eligible person, or process a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the same credit or debit card used for registration. If your event does not have a fee, we still appreciate a cancellation notice as early as possible, so that we may accommodate other participants.

To avoid a no-show charge, you must cancel three business days prior to the event.
Medicaid Reimbursement for Parenting & Childbirth Classes
Medicaid fully covers childbirth and parenting classes if patients attend at least 50% of the classes and cover at least 50% of the required material. Participants must provide their signature at each session to document their attendance. If you are covered by Medicaid and meet the attendance and completion requirements, we will bill Medicaid on your behalf. If you do not meet the requirements, you will receive a bill from the Medical Center and will be responsible for the full class fee.
