Description

This class series prepares you and your labor partner for active participation in the birth experience. Classes cover relaxation, breathing awareness, natural childbirth, epidurals and other anesthesia procedures, hospital practices, and the most up-to-date techniques for labor and delivery, including the unexpected and cesarean birth. A hospital tour is included for classes held at the hospital. There is an opportunity to have a tour of the OB unit; this will be explained during your scheduled class. Please bring any items that you feel may needed to make it through the class such as a pillow, bottle water, and snacks.
