Join Behavioral Health Therapist, Meghan Dahl, L.M.S.W., as she presents a 5-week series focusing on loneliness and social connection called "Bridge to Belonging."

Loneliness is a serious issue than can affect the physical and mental health for many older adults. In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic has increased social isolation and has led to a number of new challenges. Fortunately, there are many strategies that we can learn and practice to decrease this feeling and help us feel more connected and positive about our lives.

Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend an event for which you registered, we are happy to reschedule you for another available date, transfer your registration to another eligible person, or process a full refund. To receive a transfer or refund, you must call MidMichigan Health Line prior to the cancellation deadline for your event.
