For your safety, some face-to-face classes and support groups may be cancelled, offered virtually or otherwise adapted to follow social distancing guidelines. If you register for a class, we will notify you of any changes or cancellations using the email address or phone number you provide at registration. MyMichigan Health will offer a full refund if we cancel a class. In the event that you need to cancel, our cancellation and refund policy will apply.

Quitting smoking or vaping isn't easy – but it's easier with the right help. The American Lung Association's Freedom From Smoking® program is a proven way to quit and gives you options, resources and support to quit for good!

Join us for a FREE, eight session, group workshop led by American Lung Association trained facilitators. This program helps you develop a plan of action that leads to your quit day. You'll also get the support you need to remain smoke-free or life!

This program is for current smokers, vapors and tobacco users, ages 18 years old and older.

Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend an event for which you registered, we are happy to reschedule you for another available date, transfer your registration to another eligible person, or process a full refund. To receive a transfer or refund, you must call MidMichigan Health Line prior to the cancellation deadline for your event.
