Practice Details

This practice is part of MidMichigan Physicians Group.

Other Physicians in Practice

Practitioner will be one of several board-certified physicians and advanced practice providers in the group, which also has urgent care centers in Alma, Clare, Gladwin and West Branch.

Office Procedures

All aspects of urgent care, including minor emergencies, strains/sprains, colds, allergy shots, minor burns, skin rashes, insect bites, fractures, physicals, and more.

Schedule

Urgent Care centers are operational seven days a week. Twelve-hour shifts during the week, and eight-hour shifts on the weekend.

Physician workweek

Three to four days, depending on schedule.

No call.

Freeland, Michigan and Midland, Michigan, are suburban, family-oriented communities within 20 minutes of one another, centrally located in Michigan’s Lower Peninsula. The communities offer small town life close to big city amenities.

Nearby cultural facilities, including Midland’s Center for the Arts and Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Saginaw Valley State University and local social and recreational facilities offer a friendly quality of life-style. Three local colleges offer post-secondary education with three universities within commuting distance. The local schools are extremely strong and among the best in the state.

The mid-Michigan region enjoys all four seasons and nearby recreational facilities. Public and State lands, as well as private, offer hunters a variety of opportunities. More than 30 lakes and 330 miles of rivers make mid-Michigan the epicenter of some of the best fishing, canoeing and boating in the state. There are a variety of scenic golf courses within a scant 20 miles.
