Philosophy of Care
“I have a passion for taking care of women,” said Dr. Kroll. Being a part of their lives and the big health decisions they are making during such an important time is what influenced Dr. Kroll to become an OB/GYN physician. “I like to get to know my patients and grow with them. I want my patients to know they can talk to me about anything. I want them to feel comfortable as soon as they walk into the room.”
Dr. Kroll says it is OK to talk about anything. “It is like an interview between two people when I meet a new patient,” she said. “I want to get to know my patients and have them get to know me as well.”
Dr. Kroll was born and raised in Midland. “I think it is a great place to raise a family,” she said. She and her husband, Nick, live in Midland and have five children. In her spare time, Dr. Kroll enjoys being with her family, playing tennis and gardening.
