MidMichigan’s Heart and Vascular Program is served by an experienced team of physicians and advanced practice providers with MidMichigan Physicians Group. These include cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, heart failure specialists, as well as vascular and cardiothoracic surgeons. To ensure that you have local access to these experienced cardiovascular providers, members of this comprehensive team hold regular office hours at MidMichigan Medical Center - West Branch.

A wide variety of diagnostic cardiac and vascular tests are also available locally through the Medical Center. These include exercise, pharmacologic and nuclear stress tests; echocardiograms (EKGs); Holter and cardiac event monitoring; peripheral vascular studies including venous, arterial and carotid doppler exams; as well as diagnostic cardiac catheterization. Should surgery become necessary, a full range of advanced interventional procedures, as well as open heart surgery, elective angioplasty and structural heart procedures are offered at MidMichigan Medical Center in Midland. If your condition does require advanced cardiac treatment, your recovery can be completed close to home through the cardiac rehabilitation program in West Branch.
