Stratford Pines

Stratford Pines brings residents together in neighborhoods according to their care needs. The greeting area welcomes you and your visitors to your home away from home. In this large and beautiful gathering area, you will feel at ease the moment you enter.

Home Away From Home

Of course, high-quality care comes first. Extensive in-house resources include specialized therapy and short-term rehabilitation to help patients regain independence. For extended nursing care and restorative care, the excellent nursing staff and many medical and personal services offered on-site make Stratford Pines a wonderful choice. Stratford Pines is owned and operated by The Peplinski Group.

Quality of Care

Medical direction and care are provided by an on-site team including a physician board certified in geriatrics, internal medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation and certified nurse practitioners.

The medical director and staff engage with patients and residents to determine and work toward goals ensuring an excellent and positive experience during their stay.

Activities and Dining

Residents can take advantage of the many activities to choose from, from special outings to carefully planned onsite events. We recognize that meals are an important part of personal enjoyment and socialization and we've developed a culinary health program that focuses on residents' preferences and dining enjoyment
