Integrated Primary Care Meets Medical and Emotional Needs

Did you know that 70% of primary care visits are due to psychosocial issues? In a new Integrated Primary Care program, patients see both a primary care doctor and a psychologist in one office visit. This approach provides better access to providers while addressing the patient's emotional and medical needs. For patient Raya Johnston the program came at the perfect time.
