Registration Opens for 52nd Annual Doe Day Golf Fundraiser
The volunteers of MidMichigan Medical Center – Gladwin invite women golfers of all skill levels to participate in the 52nd Annual Doe Day golf fundraiser scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 7, at Gladwin Heights Golf Course, 3551 W. M-61, Gladwin.
The four-person, 18-hole scramble begins with registration and a continental breakfast from 8 to 8:30 a.m., with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. A golf cart, lunch, special contests, raffles and prizes are also included. The cost is $220 per team.
Proceeds from the fundraiser will be used to purchase medical equipment and costs associated with the improvement of patient comfort, care and services at MidMichigan Medical Center - Gladwin. Over the past 50 years, Medical Center volunteers have raised more than $500,000 for Medical Center needs, including an AccuView Vein Finder, which ensures staff success when working with patients who have difficult veins; a Pediatric Positioning Chair that positions and secures the littlest patients to ensure maximum radiology results; as well as a computer monitor for the hospital lab to assist staff in expediting lab orders.
Sponsorship opportunities for the golf outing are also available, including a lunch sponsorship at $350, which includes a company sign with logo in the dining area and recognition during the awards presentation. Additional sponsorship opportunities include a double hole sponsorship at $175, which includes signage at the tee and green of the same hole; a hole sponsorship at $100, which includes signage at the tee box, and a cart sponsorship at $50, which includes signage on the golf cart.
