The pinning occasion kicks off the sale of the pins in the Medical Center’s Gift Shop and out in the community beginning today, Monday, Aug. 27. Customers return year after year to obtain the new pin design. Proceeds from sales are applied to the volunteers’ pledge in support new technology and patient services at the hospital.
