Nurse Intern Program
MidMichigan Health hires nursing students for its summer internship program. During the 12-week summer program, interns will gain exposure to clinical situations under the supervision of a nurse preceptor. They will work full-time, or three 12-hour shifts per week, with their assigned preceptor from May through August.

It’s our goal to help our nursing interns gain a greater level of self-confidence, critical thinking skills and clinical competence during their time at MidMichigan Health. They’ll be exposed to a variety of departments, including MidMichigan Home Care and MidMichigan Physicians Group in addition to inpatient hospital units.
Our nursing intern positions are paid positions, and applicants must have completed at least two semesters of nursing school in order to apply.
