FREE Colorectal Health Assessment

Colorectal Health Assessment IconAccording to the American Cancer Society, colorectal cancer is the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths in men and women in the United States. Early colorectal cancer often has no symptoms, which is why screening is so important. The five-year survival rate of colon cancer is 90% if the disease has not spread, so it’s important to detect colon cancer as early as possible. The good news is that colorectal cancer is preventable. Knowing and understanding your risk factors is a good first step in the fight against this disease. Take MidMichigan’s FREE colorectal health assessment during the month of March and be entered in a drawing for a $25 Meijer gift card. This assessment is designed to estimate your chances of developing colorectal cancer and provides general screening recommendations and ways to lower your risk.
