How to Become an Approved Vendor at MidMichigan Health

 

To become an approved vendor at any MidMichigan Health affiliate, you must:

1. Agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Vendor Guidelines.
2. Successfully complete our Vendor and Non-Employee Credentialing Process.

If you are a contractor, please contact the local facilities management of the MidMichigan Health affiliate at which you wish to do business.  All other vendors may send inquiries to purchasingemail@midmichigan.org.
