Ways to Stay in Touch

There are several ways you can contact inpatients or residents at our facilities:

• Phone or Mail - See Patient Addresses and Phone Numbers below.
• In person - See our visiting hours and policies for information about visiting hours and the number of visitors permitted in each area.
• E-Card (www.midmichigan.org/e-card) -Send free electronic greetings to hospital inpatients and nursing home residents.
• Care Pages (www.midmichigan.org/carepages) – Set up a secure patient Web page to post status updates, exchange messages and more. Patients and their families control who has access to the patient’s Care Page.
• Guest Wireless Internet Access (www.midmichigan.org/wireless) – Free wireless Internet access is available for visitors at Gladwin Pines, Stratford Village and the Medical Centers in Alma and Midland. Visitors may wish to bring a laptop or wireless device to communicate with family and friends via e-mail or Care Pages.

Patient Addresses and Phone Numbers

For patient privacy, we do not give out direct phone numbers to patient rooms. Please call the switchboard numbers below and ask for the patient by full name. Please keep in mind that patients may elect not to receive phone calls.

Patient mail may be sent to the mailing addresses below. Be sure to include the patient's full name on all mail. We regret that we cannot forward mail after a patient is discharged.
