We know medical bills and insurance can be confusing. We're here to help answer your billing questions as best we can. These three steps can help us to help you: 


1. Who is Billing You?

MidMichigan Health provides a wide range of health services, and billing and insurance arrangements may differ among these services. In addition, you may get bills from independent physicians or other organizations that were involved with your care.

Look at your bill carefully. Generally, near the top is a “Remit to” organization name. When contacting us with a question or when paying your bill online, please choose the matching organization to ensure you are directing your questions and payments to the right location.


2. What Does the Bill Mean?

To help you understand your bill, we’ve included sample bills, frequently asked questions, insurance company links and other information that will help you interpret your bill.


3. Where Can You Go for Answers?

We encourage you to use this Web site to answer common questions quickly and easily. For more complex questions, you’ll want to contact us or contact your insurance company.

Pay Your Bill Online

Use our secure online form to pay a MidMichigan bill with a credit card or debit card. Please have your paper bill in front of you for reference, as you will need to know your patient account number and amount owed.
