From downtown Clare, take M-115 toward Farwell (Business Route US 10) and proceed for approximately 10 miles (do not turn on any other roads). There will be a Carrow’s SuperMarket on the left side of the road just before MidMichigan Medical Offices-Farwell on the right side of the road. Look for the blue and white sign. There is also a Lutheran Church across the road. MidMichichigan Medical Offices-Farwell is before the overpass.

Take US 10 West to US 127/US 10. Take the US 10 exit and continue to the M-115 exit. At the stop sign, at the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left onto Cadillac Drive (M-115) and go under the overpass. MidMichigan Medical Offices-Farwell is down approximately .1 of a mile on the left across from the Lutheran Church. Look for the blue and white sign.
From Evart
US 10 to the M-115 Cadillac/Farwell exit to the right. At the stop sign, turn right onto Cadillac Drive. MidMichigan Medical Offices-Farwell is located on the left (approximately ¼ of a mile) across from the Lutheran Church. Look for the blue and white sign.
