Take M-20 West 6.1 miles to South Meridian Road and turn left. Proceed for 3.3 miles to West Pine River Road, turn right and continue on for 6.1 miles to South Porter Road. Turn left and go 1.3 miles, South Porter Road will turn into West Odd Road, continue for ½ of a mile, bearing left onto South 11 Mile Road for another 2.5 miles. South 11 Mile turns into North McClelland Road, continue for 4.1 miles to Chestnut Street. Turn right and proceed on West Chestnut Street for .3 of a mile. Family Medical Care will be on the left.
From Ithaca (or the South):
Take US-127-BUS/North State Road for 2 miles to East Tyler Road and turn right. Proceed 3 miles to North Baldwin Road, turn left and continue for 5 miles to East Monroe Road/M-46. Turn right and travel 3.6 miles to 3rd Street take another right, and proceed .1 of a mile to West Chestnut Street. Family Medical Care will be on the right.
From Saginaw (or the East):
Take Gratiot Road (M-46 West) approximately 25 miles to 5th Street. Turn left on 5th Street and proceed .1 of a mile to Chestnut Street and turn right. Continue .1 of a mile and Family Medical Care will be on the left.
