MidMichigan Medical Center-Gladwin is a 25-bed primary care hospital providing general medical and surgical care for inpatients and 24-hour emergency room coverage. A wide range of services includes:
- Cardiopulmonary care and testing, including EKG’s, Holter monitors, event monitors, complete pulmonary function testing and ambulatory blood pressure monitors
- Imaging services, including radiology (X-Ray), CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, mammography and bone density testing
- Laboratory
- Pharmacy
- Rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, cardiac rehabilitation and aquatic therapy in a heated pool
- Sleep Lab, features state-of-the-art monitoring and recording equipment, including digital EEG and video
The Medical Center campus features a waterfall in a garden-like setting reflective of MidMichigan’s emphasis on humanistic care. The waterfall and courtyard are enjoyed by Medical Center employees, patients and visitors, as well as residents of MidMichigan Gladwin Pines, a nursing home located immediately adjacent to the Medical Center.
