 The Training Room is a weekly radio show aired on ESPN 100.9 FM that focuses on the latest advances in medical science and sports medicine, as well as tips to improve health and athletic performance, bringing the expertise of MidMichigan Health to the region.
Hosted by radio veteran Jerry O’Donnell, voice of Dow Diamond and the station's director of operations, each program includes national health news headlines and interviews with local medical experts from MidMichigan, including orthopaedic surgeons, family medicine practitioners, athletic trainers, and physical therapists. The show also includes information about upcoming programs occurring at MidMichigan Health affiliate locations. When to Listen
The 30-minute health and wellness radio program airs: Fridays from 6 to 6:30 p.m.
Saturdays from 10 to 10:30 a.m.
