Step 1Decide if you have a little or a lot to lose

 If your body mass index (BMI) is less than 35, you’ll want to attend one of our standard medical weight loss seminars about our programs that emphasize exercise, diet and lifestyle changes. If your body mass index is 35 or more, and you’ve already tried other approaches to weight loss, you may want to consider our bariatric surgery seminars. If you’re not sure which program to choose, our medical seminars are the best place to start.

 We offer sessions monthly throughout the middle of Michigan.

Our staff are also glad to answer questions about the topics that will be covered, the background of the presenters and directions to the site. Health Line counselors are available weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
