Prevention Is Key
Learning how to properly care for your feet is the key to preventing foot problems. Your physician may recommend you schedule a visit with a diabetes nurse to learn proper foot care, nail care and shoe selection.
If you already have a foot problem, your physician may refer you to the Foot Clinic for evaluation and treatment.

MidMichigan’s Foot Clinic offers treatment therapies for a wide variety of foot problems, including:
- Ingrown toenails
- Heel spurs
- Charcot degeneration

- Nail trimming
- Wound-care therapies
- Prescription foot gear
