Ashley M. Shankool, R.D., C.D.E.

Ashley M. Shankool is a registered dietitian and diabetes nutrition educator at MidMichigan Medical Center-Midland. She provides individual consulting for inpatients and outpatients with Type 1, Type 2 and Gestational Diabetes, as well as teaching various patient and community education classes regarding diabetes.

Ashley has more than 15 years experience in diabetes education and also assists with MidMichigan's insulin pump clinic.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Western Michigan University and completed her dietetic internship at Cook County Hospital in Chicago.
