Parkinson's Disease Support Group - Midland
"Living with Parkinson's Disease" is a series designed for people with Parkinson's Disease, their spouses and other support individuals. It is intended to provide education, advice and awareness of community services available in dealing with this chronic disease.
The program is held in collaboration with MidMichigan Medical Center - Midland, Senior Services, Midland Council on Aging and the Michigan Parkinson Foundation. Guest speakers will provide monthly topic presentations at the beginning of the meeting. Separate patient and caregiver group discussions will follow facilitated by Stephanie Leibfritz and Sonja McCartney.
