I’m Satisfied when I Make a Difference

As a family physician, I treat patients of all ages.  This involves providing preventive care and maintenance of chronic conditions, as well as helping people with acute illnesses or injuries.  I also perform colonoscopies and upper endoscopies in MidMichigan Medical Center - Gratiot's endoscopy suite.

In a typical day, I might treat a dislocated finger, help a patient quit smoking, or help them understand their diabetes treatment.  At the end of the day, if I can say I’ve made a difference in a person’s health, that’s very satisfying.
