Full time opportunity to practice internal medicine in mid-Michigan with a growing and dynamic, established practice. Opportunity to work alongside well-respected specialists with a balance of outpatient and inpatient procedures and surgeries.
Requirements
- U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent
- Board eligible or board-certified
- Completed a three-year residency or a fellowship in internal medicine
- Must have or be eligible for an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Michigan and a Controlled Substance License

Patient and Procedure Mix
All aspects of primary care for an adult population, including evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of patients; preparing and reviewing patient charts; prescribing medications; coordinating with physicians in the hospitalist program to care for patients when hospitalized and providing appropriate follow-up after discharge. Includes a balance of outpatient and inpatient procedures and surgeries.

MidMichigan Medical Center in Midland, Michigan - A 259-bed acute care center offering an 18-bed-bed new state-of-the-art critical care unit, with telemetry. On-site ancillary services include CT scanning, PET/CT, 1.0 T open MRI, radiation therapy, laboratory, cardiology, pharmacy, cardiac cath lab, on-site magnetic regional imaging, and gamma knife procedures. MidMichigan offers state-of-the-art diagnostic services and a well-developed medical staff in a range of specialties and subspecialties.

Base salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan. Benefits include:
