Internships, Externships and Job Shadowing Opportunities

Internships

MidMichigan Health offers two types of student internships: paid internships and unpaid academic internships for college credit.

The application process for paid internships is open annually from November 1 through November 30. Most of these internships take place during the summer. These jobs are posted in Job Opportunities under the category "Students." Students must use our online tool to apply.

Students may apply for unpaid academic internships at any time. Academic internships are posted in Job Opportunities under the category "Students." Students must use our online tool to apply. To learn more about these opportunities, contact your school's coop program or career placement office.

Nurse Externships

Externships are available to nursing students who will have completed two semesters of nursing school by the summer when the externship begins. The application process is open annually from November 1 through November 30 for externships the following summer. Externships are posted in Job Opportunities under the category "Students." Students must use our online tool to apply.

Job Shadowing
