Gifts of Wellness Donor Recognition Program

MidMichigan Health has established an annual donor recognition program called Gifts of Wellness. Donations to any affiliate of MidMichigan Health given during the calendar year (beginning Jan. 1 through Dec. 31) are now added together to calculate a donor’s distinct level of giving and corresponding recognition. 

Following are the giving names, levels and recognition benefits for the 2012 calendar year:

Gifts of Care                <$100

Recognition and benefits:

• Letter of appreciation

Gifts of Courage             $100 - $999

Recognition and benefits:

• All benefits of previous membership
• Website recognition

Gifts of Compassion       $1,000 - $2,499

Recognition and benefits:

• All benefits of previous membership category
• Special acknowledgment in a community publication

Gifts of Strength             $2,500 - $4,999

Recognition and benefits: 

• All benefits of previous membership category
• Complimentary invitation to attend a celebratory donor event that will include an update on affiliate activities throughout MidMichigan Health

Gifts of Hope                 $5,000 - $9,999

Recognition and benefits:

• All benefits of previous membership category
• Special acknowledgment at a celebratory donor update event

Gifts of Healing              $10,000+

Recognition and benefits:

• All benefits of previous membership category
• Invitation to enjoy a Great Lakes Loons baseball game with a guest in MidMichigan Health’s suite
• Personalized support with services provided throughout MidMichigan Health
